What minerals are in the mix?
Each serving brings 500 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium and 75 mg magnesium. Three electrolytes, already invited.
Which form of creatine do you use?
Creatine monohydrate, with 5 g in every serving. Your daily creatine, without another tub on the bench.
How much taurine is in a scoop?
One gram per serving. Already in the mix, so there’s nothing extra to measure.
What’s the botanical blend?
50 mg Vitamin C and black seed powder are included in every serving. BOWNSE Botanical Complex™ contains black seed powder.
What gives BOWNSE its sweetness?
Naturally sweetened with stevia and thaumatin. Both flavours are made without artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols or maltodextrin. Sweet and simple.
Is there caffeine or sugar in it?
No added caffeine, and just 0.05 g sugar per serving. Fruity flavour, without a caffeine kick.
Your daily routine
How do I make my daily BOWNSE?
Water first, scoop second. Add one scoop to 500 mL cold water, shake well and enjoy freshly mixed. Prefer it lighter? Add a splash more water.
When should I have my scoop?
Pick a time that fits your day and is easy to remember. Morning, lunchtime or around training—consistency keeps the routine simple.
What about days when I’m not training?
Rest day? Still a scoop day. Follow the daily serving directions and keep your routine ticking between workouts.
What if I forget a day?
No catch-up mission needed. Pick up your usual serving the next day rather than doubling up.
Can I use it alongside my other supplements?
Check for overlapping ingredients, especially creatine. BOWNSE already brings 5 g per serving. If you’re unsure about combining products, check with your GP.
Should I check with my GP first?
Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. It should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision, alongside a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program. It is not a sole source of nutrition. Packed in a facility that also produces products containing soy and milk.
If you are breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare professional before use.

How much is the single-tub subscription?
A$64.99 for your first delivery, then A$59.99 from delivery two onwards. That’s about A$1.62, then A$1.50 per serving. GST included; shipping is extra.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your selected pack renews on its delivery schedule until you cancel. Check your next order date in your subscription account so your next tub arrives on your terms.
How can I skip my next delivery?
Still working through your tub? Open Manage subscription, select your subscription and choose the skip option for the upcoming delivery. Make the change before that order is processed.
Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes—life happens. Open Manage subscription and use the pause option before your next order is processed. Need a hand getting started again? Get in touch.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You’re in control. Open Manage subscription, select your subscription and follow the cancellation steps before your next order is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn’t cancel an order already processed.

Where do I sign in to manage my orders?
Use Manage subscription and sign in with the email you used at checkout. Follow the sign-in prompts to reach your account. Wrong email? Your tubs won’t recognise you.
Which packs include free shipping?
Australia only. Standard shipping $11; free on orders $100+. Express $15. Final delivery options are shown at checkout.
Where can I check delivery timing?
Check the delivery information at checkout and your order’s tracking details for the latest estimate. For shipping questions, send us your order number and we’ll help.
Can I fix an address or order mistake?
Spotted a typo? Contact us as soon as you can with your order number and the correction. We’ll check what’s possible before dispatch; changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is on its way.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
That’s not the Bownse experience we want. Send us your order number and a photo so we can look into it and help sort the next step.
