How to request your refund

Contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us you’d like to use our 30-day money-back promise, and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Your refund will go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is $11, or free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number so we can help.

Your rights stay yours

Our 30-day promise is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not exclude, restrict or replace those rights, including rights that may apply after 30 days.
